Abstract

In adult patients with severe class II division 2 malocclusion, the ideal treatment option is the orthognathic surgery. However, camouflage therapy is also an acceptable treatment option thanks to its less traumatic, acceptable aesthetic and functional results. In this case report, the camouflage treatment with maxillary two premolar extraction of a 21-year-old female patient who did not accept orthognathic surgery was explained. Acceptable aesthetic and functional results have been obtained at the end of the treatment.
