In this article, in order to evaluate dental and skeletal differences in individuals with different numbers of congenitally missing teeth. The patients were divided in three groups. First group was evaluated as control group, second group contained individuals who had 4 or more congenitally missing teeth and the last group had the individuals with congenitally missing bilateral incisors. Models and cephalometric measurements were obtained in all groups and the values were compared with each other. This study has demonstrated that there is an inclination to decreased mesio-distal width in individuals who have congenitally missing teeth. And also it was found that PNS-ANS measurement was greater in groups of II and III then the measurement of control group and the measurement of ANB, SNA was significantly decreased in group of III.
