Soft tissue profile changes of young Turkish adults were evaluated with a mean age of 18.96±1.32 years at initial observation. Lateral cephalometric radiographs, taken at natural head position, were evaluated at initial observation and after three years of observation period. Student t test was used to evaluate the mean differences. In females an increase in nasal height, nose inclination and a decrease in soft tissue chin thickness was observed. In males an increase in sagittal depth of B point and pogonion, upper lip-E plane, skeletal profile convexity and naso labial thickness and a decrease in ANB angle was observed.
